Vesta Healthcare raises $35 million in venture loan from Horizon Technology Finance

Vesta Healthcare, a New York City-based tech-enabled clinical services company, secured a $35 million venture loan facility from Horizon Technology Finance.

According to the official press announcement, Vesta Healthcare plans to use the loan proceeds for general growth and working capital purposes.

Vesta Healthcare is supported by major investors, including RA Capital Management, Oak HC/FT, Chrysalis Ventures, Kaiser Permanente Ventures, Lux Capital, and Deerfield Management.

The company is focusing on improving healthcare outcomes for high-risk patients by integrating caregivers, patients, and healthcare providers. It offers round the clock clinical support and advanced analytics solutions to monitor chronic conditions, and reduce unnecessary hospital visits and improve patients’ quality of life while lowering overall healthcare costs.
