Rios Intelligent Machines, a leader in AI-powered robotics for the manufacturing industry, announced the successful completion of a $13 million Series B funding round. 

Yamaha Motor Corporation and IAG Capital Partners co-led the funding round with participation from existing investors, including Main Sequence, which doubled its pro-rata investment.

With new funds, Rios Intelligent Machines plans to accelerate its growth in three key industry segments: wood products, beverage distribution, and packaged food products. Rios will continue to roll out highly differentiated AI and vision-driven robotics solutions, starting with a product in the lumber and plywood handling sector. 

The latest funds will also help Rios accelerate its partnerships with customers on their automation journey, providing reliable and flexible automation solutions. The startup is dedicated to empowering clients with real-time insights and control over their AI-powered robotics, surpassing the capabilities of traditional automation systems.
