Coopah raises £1.5 million in seed funding to build its coaching app for runners

Coopah, a London-based provider of personalized coaching app for runners, secured £1.5 million in seed funding.

Redrice Ventures and Active Partner co-led the funding round with participation from London Marathon Events, Amrock Ventures, Tom Singh of Rianta Capital, and other individual investors.

Founded in 2022 by Pete Cooper and Dan Strang, Coopah offers personalized training plans, real-time AI-powered workout feedback, and community-driven motivational support to help runners develop consistent habits and achieve their race goals. The app integrates seamlessly with popular fitness devices and platforms.

Coopah stated in the press statement that the newly acquired funds will be utilized to accelerate its marketing efforts and further develop its core fitness product.

Coopah already serves as the official training partner for the TCS London Marathon, reflecting its growing influence in the running community. The app offers subscription plans at £79.99 annually or £14.99 per month, providing users with access to its comprehensive coaching and training features.
