Consist.AI, a provider of GenAI-driven healthcare insurance fraud and risk management solutions, raised ₹5 Crores in Seed funding.
The round was co-led by Equanimity Ventures and Seafund.
The Noida, India-based startup plans to use the newly raised funds to scale its operations through expanded sales outreach and accelerate the development and deployment of its Generative AI platform already used by many insurance providers and hospital systems.
Manoj Agarwal, Managing Partner at Seafund, said, “Our focus on emerging tech like GenAI, deep tech, IoT, and sustainability has been the guiding force when it comes to backing unique and innovative startups.”
“Consint.AI’s laser-sharp focus on solving the problem of healthcare insurance claims processing and fraud detection, improving the performance of insurance and healthcare institutions, is a multi-billion-dollar problem to solve. We believe that we have the necessary expertise and network to help the company grow and reach its ambitions,” added Manoj Agarwal.
Founded in 2020 by Ashish Chaturvedi and later joined by Co-Founder Swadeep Singh, Consint.AI is dedicated to transforming healthcare transactions and personalized care. The company’s platforms include Risk.ai, which optimizes insurance transactions and mitigates fraud, and CIPHR.ai, designed to enhance critical patient management and streamline claims generation.
Over the last year, Consint.AI has expanded its operations to India, the Middle East, and Africa. The company recently launched CIPHR.ai, an AI-driven platform built on custom Generative AI models. Targeted at hospitals and the U.S. Accountable Care Organization (ACO) sector, CIPHR.ai provides intelligence at the point of care and enhances claims transaction efficiency.
The company has secured contracts worth over ₹10 crore in the last two quarters, including multi-year agreements with leading insurance providers and hospital systems. This traction validates the demand for its GenAI solutions, particularly in the areas of Generative AI and Document Forensics.
