Knowde raises $60 million in Series C funding

Knowde, a San Jose-based chemical software company, has raised $60 million in a Series C funding round.

The investment round was led by Blue Cloud Ventures, Point72 Private Investments, and Socium Ventures, with participation from existing investor Sequoia Capital.

The latest funding brings Knowde’s total funds raised to $175 million to date.

According to the official press statement, Knowde plans to use the funds to expand its operations and business reach, as well as to develop new features for its Master Data Management (MDM) platform and create new vertical applications.

Founded in 2017, Knowde offers a Master Data Management platform and AI technology that digitize processes for chemical suppliers and distributors, automating data organization and enrichment to modernize commerce.

The company serves over 8,000 suppliers, including major brands like Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, and Procter & Gamble.
